Alrighty! So there's a week left of March now, and to kick back into the game I'd like to propose a challenge.
A weigh in today, a weigh in on March 31st, and subtract. Simple! Biggest loss is the winner, I find these challenges really helpful, and it's always great to support each other :)

Ooo fun. I love challenges, if only because if so nosy I want to know other people's progress. This morning (March 24th) I was 145.

my total loss was 23lbs but then gained 4 (i fell off the wagon big time :( ) so now it's really only 19.
I'm hoping to atleast bring it back down to 23! ^-^

hey there!!! i will do it!!! i was 63.5 kgs today!!!which is about 139...ohh and ppl make sure to follow me..i have no followers cause i am new!!!!wat do we win and wat is everyone doing to lose weight..i am doing 2 cans of soup and 3 coffee diet..its around 430 cals..
I'm in! 121.2 today (faaaattt)

right okay my plan of action is, as I'm just kicking back into things, for this first day I will cut the recommended daily cal by half and stay under 1000cal, tomoro and sunday I'll cut that to 800, then 500 on monday and tuesday, 300 on wednesday and maybe thursday, but I want to try stick to water on thursday and weigh myself thursday evening :)

and that diet that u r doing thisanalogist will work..i used do to 350 cals a day but i usually cheated..my day is i wake up wait till 12 have 1 can of soup have 3 coffees through out the day then at 9 or 10 i have the other 1 can of soup..

yeh i'm hoping it will work. 730cal today, which is lower than my 1000cal mark up ^-^ so i'm happy hehe.
ahh i'm a bit of a coffee nut xD but it's alright becos i have black coffee with no milk and sweetener so it's only 5cal a cup :)
