Gyyargh! Results!!

Hmm well I don't really believe there is much to celebrate, I didn't even lose a whole 3lbs.
2.5lbs, for a challenge weak that is poor.
I slipped up on one day, but I really did try for the rest, which is why I'm so disappointed.
However! Please, pleaaaase tell em about any of your success stories ^-^
and don't feel disheartened by a small loss like mine! We'll keep going on, no matter what! :)

I've decided to start tracking body fat percentage instead of outright weight though.

To be honest, I think girls like us always have higher expectations than we should. Sometimes we set ourselves up with extreme goals or weekly plans that we almost know we won't be able to accomplish. When we fail -- usually like we suspected we would -- we feel horribly and don't enjoy or pay any recognition to our successes. I don't think there will ever be a day that I won't set a higher expectation for myself than is actually attainable, and truly there's nothing wrong with striving to complete the almost impossible. If you decide to do this, you have to expect the worst, strive for the best, and DO NOT let what you did accomplish go unnoticed. I hope this helps! Stay thin xo


ps. I think 2.5 lbs with a goal of 3 is great! congratulations

I never really thought about things like that before. Maybe I should just try my best and keep my self criticism at bay xD

We always want to be the best we can. We take our goals to the extreme, wanting to hit them but when we don't hit them, i believe we are way to hard on ourselves. That's the downside to this i guess. But all we can do is keep going!

I failed big time. But i'm inspired by you, and will be posting an April Challange on my blog (: For the whole month. Get involved, i'd love to have you take part hun.

My results were poor. I was 118lbs, i can't even remember what i was when i joined. I fell off so much i need to just get back on track haha.
