Currently Me ...

Hey so I'm back again xD

Revamped the blog a little, still using the Tumblr account also @ thisanalogy.tumblr.com,
but I still consider this to be my main journal.

I started a fast yesterday, and so far I've lost 2.5lbs (: which is alright, I guess.
I'm aiming for atleast 5lbs a week so hopefully this kind of progress will get me there!

That way I should reach my goal by September at the latest.

I'm really interested to know how everybody else has being doing by the way! You guys have really helped me out in the past and it wold be nice to see what your progress has been like.

So I fucked up...

Fortunately, I’ve put nothing on. But that means no loss, which is NOT good.

But fuck it. I won’t let this get me down. I blogged. The angers gone.

I’m gonna continue to fast. Sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks,walks. I’ve got my sea kelp pills to prevent any weight gain.

I’m going to do this. And doubt can GO FUCK ITSELF

So my fast is going well!

It was supposed to start on the second but that turned into a restrictive day due to circumstances :/
But since it officially started yesterday I've lost 4lbs!!

You upload a picture of yourself and enter your weight and height, then you adjust weight loss/weight gain, to see what you would look like at different BMI's
It's really motivate me :)
I put in this picture of me that was taken in January: BMI 22


and adjusted it to my goal BMI 17.2 to get this picture:

This by summer... is my ultimate goal.

Finale Finale...

Well I planned to do a feature on the winner, but I haven't heard back from all yet.
So I'll be writing something about mind sets, and how we all look at things at different angles, in our strive for perfection. and I'll be thanking somebody in this post too ^-^

Gyyargh! Results!!

Hmm well I don't really believe there is much to celebrate, I didn't even lose a whole 3lbs.
2.5lbs, for a challenge weak that is poor.
I slipped up on one day, but I really did try for the rest, which is why I'm so disappointed.
However! Please, pleaaaase tell em about any of your success stories ^-^
and don't feel disheartened by a small loss like mine! We'll keep going on, no matter what! :)

It's been a while! (update...)

Wow! It's been almost 2 months since my last post. Job hunting and uni has taken up quite a great deal of my time, apologies!
We've been looking to find a place together too, which is great ^-^ but hard.

I ran out of my iodine pills a while ago (supplement) but recently bought new bottles (in as ale might I add ahaha xD) and am getting back into that habit, I really do think it helps so much :)
